TLDR Isaria cicadae Miquel rice fermentation extract helps heal wounds and regenerate hair follicles.
The study investigates the regenerative wound healing effects of Isaria cicadae Miquel rice fermentation extract (IMFRE) on skin, particularly focusing on hair follicle regeneration. The research highlights that IMFRE significantly enhances the wound healing rate in mouse skin and increases the expression of CK15 and CD34, which are markers associated with hair follicle regeneration. Additionally, IMFRE was found to inhibit the expression of EGFR, GPCR, and Integrin, suggesting its potential as a solution for regenerative wound healing through the Hippo pathway regulatory mechanism.
