Quality of Life and the Presence of Depression Among Adults with Hair Loss in the South of Saudi Arabia

    The study found that nearly 50% of adults with perceived hair loss in the South of Saudi Arabia experienced a significant impact on their quality of life, and over 50% showed moderate or higher levels of depression. It suggested that encouraging these individuals to seek medical advice could lead to early diagnosis and treatment, potentially improving their quality of life and preventing depression.
