TLDR Melitane 5% and hair supplements improved hair color in a 14-year-old with early graying.

A 14-year-old female with premature hair graying was treated with Melitane 5% and oral hair supplements, resulting in over 95% conversion of gray hair to black hair after 24 months, with no recurrence 6 months post-treatment. The case suggested a genetic basis for PHG and demonstrated Melitane's potential in reversing hair graying by stimulating melanogenesis. However, the report called for further research with more patients to confirm these findings, as existing treatments for PHG were limited and expensive.
