A case report detailed the treatment of premature hair graying (PHG) in a 14-year-old female using a topical formulation of Melitane 5% combined with oral hair supplements. This treatment led to a significant improvement in hair color. Prior to this, only one other case of PHG had been documented, which was linked to iron deficiency and treated with ferrous sulfate. The report highlighted the impact of PHG on cosmetic appearance and the importance of early intervention.
