    The study evaluated the effectiveness of Selencin, a treatment for diffuse alopecia (DA), on 80 patients. The treatment involved Selencin in tablet form and a peptide lotion applied externally over 2 months. Results showed significant clinical efficacy, with a notable reduction in hair loss, restoration of hair structure, and increased hair volume. Additionally, improvements were observed in the scalp's dermatoscopic picture and PULL test results after 2 and 4 months. The study concluded that Selencin has a pronounced therapeutic effect and can be used as a primary treatment for DA.
