    A pilot comparative study evaluated the effectiveness of Endo-Radiofrequency (Endo-RF) subcision alone versus Endo-RF subcision combined with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) for treating post-acne scars. Both treatments were found to be safe and effective. However, the combination of Endo-RF with PRP may provide more desirable outcomes in improving acne scars compared to Endo-RF subcision alone.
