    In recent years, the treatment options for hair loss have expanded significantly, providing new hope for patients. This article reviews the most effective current treatments, including Janus Kinase Inhibitors (JAKi), Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment, anti-androgen therapies, and minoxidil. These advancements represent a substantial improvement over previously limited therapeutic options for alopecia.
