A 7-year-old girl was diagnosed with Netherton's Syndrome, characterized by arcuate, annular, and serpiginous pruritic linear scaly erythema that appeared shortly after birth. There was no consanguinity in the family history. The patient had a history of urticaria and exhibited a high IgE level of 5700 IU/l. Examination of her hair revealed the presence of bamboo hair, which supported the diagnosis of Netherton's Syndrome.
