TLDR A 7-year-old girl was diagnosed with Netherton's Syndrome, shown by skin and hair symptoms.
A 7-year-old girl was diagnosed with Netherton's Syndrome, characterized by arcuate, annular, and serpiginous pruritic linear scaly erythema shortly after birth. There was no consanguinity in the family history. The patient had a history of urticaria and exhibited a high IgE level of 5700 IU/l. Examination of her hair revealed bamboo hair, which supported the diagnosis.
