Micro-needling mesotherapy is gaining popularity in dermatology due to its ability to create micro-channels in the epidermis, facilitating the deeper delivery of active substances and stimulating skin repair processes for tissue regeneration. This review serves as a practical guide for clinical application, drawing on an extensive literature review from the past 10 years. The procedure's effectiveness is supported by existing studies, although no new human or animal research is presented in this article.
