Bleomycin's efficacy in treating plantar warts varied widely from 16% to 97% depending on its concentration and administration method. Microneedling was found to enhance the effectiveness of bleomycin by improving its penetration, leading to faster response times and fewer treatment sessions. The relapse rate with this method was comparable to other injection-based treatments.
