TLDR Genital rejuvenation is becoming popular for improving genital appearance and function in both men and women.
Genital rejuvenation included both nonsurgical and surgical procedures aimed at improving the function and aesthetics of the genitalia in women (vaginal rejuvenation) and men (scrotal rejuvenation). Interest in vaginal rejuvenation had significantly increased since its introduction in 2007, while scrotal rejuvenation was a newer concept as of 2018. The procedures addressed issues related to hair (alopecia and hypertrichosis), morphology (vulvovaginal atrophy, excess clitoral or labial tissue, scrotal wrinkling, and laxity), and vascular changes (angiokeratomas). As awareness of these conditions grew, the demand for such procedures was expected to rise, positioning genital rejuvenation as a potential new frontier in medical and cosmetic dermatology.

The user experiencing diffuse hair loss is using various treatments including RU58841, finasteride, minoxidil with tretinoin, anti-hair loss shampoo, and microneedling, and is considering adding peptides TB500, BPC157, and GHK-Cu. They have low growth hormone levels and are questioning its impact on hair loss, while another user suggests androgenic alopecia and androgens are likely the main cause of hair loss.
