TLDR Microneedling with capillary therapy slightly improved hair growth.
This case study focused on a 65-year-old male with androgenetic alopecia and examined the effects of microneedling combined with capillary therapy over a period from March to May 2017. The treatment involved weekly sessions using a Derma Roller System 0.25 mm and Capillary Therapy from Extracts of the Earth. Photographic comparisons from the first and last sessions indicated that microneedling facilitated the absorption of active ingredients for hair growth, resulting in slight hair growth in the treated area.
