Comparative Study of the Effectiveness of Intradermotherapy With or Without Microneedling and Topical Solution in Reducing Hair Loss in Men With Androgenetic Alopecia

The study compared the effectiveness of intradermotherapy alone versus intradermotherapy combined with microneedling and a topical solution in reducing hair loss in men with androgenetic alopecia. Androgenetic alopecia, characterized by follicle miniaturization and altered hair growth phases, significantly impacts patients psychologically. The research aimed to identify robust methods to evaluate treatment efficacy, utilizing standardized photographs and clinical assessments. The findings suggest that combining intradermotherapy with microneedling and a topical solution may offer enhanced benefits in reducing hair loss compared to intradermotherapy alone.
