TLDR Microagulhamento e intradermoterapia juntos melhoram o crescimento capilar em mulheres menopausadas.
This case study evaluated the effectiveness of combining microneedling and intradermotherapy for treating androgenetic alopecia in menopausal women. The study involved a single patient with significant hair thinning in the frontotemporal regions, undergoing eight weekly sessions alternating between microneedling and intradermotherapy. Results showed visible new hair growth, particularly in the hairline, and a notable increase in overall hair density. The patient reported improved self-esteem and satisfaction with her appearance. The study concludes that this therapeutic combination is effective for follicular regeneration and hair growth stimulation, offering a promising approach for treating androgenetic alopecia in menopausal women.
