TLDR Minoxidil slightly increased hair volume more than Finasterida, but both reduced hair loss similarly.
The study aimed to compare the effectiveness of Minoxidil versus Finasterida, both combined with growth factors and vitamins, using intradermal therapy for treating Androgenetic Alopecia. Conducted in a private clinic in Patos-PB, the research involved 10 patients divided into two groups of 5. Group A received Minoxidil, while Group B received Finasterida. Results showed a slight superiority in hair volume increase for Group A, but hair loss reduction was similar in both groups. The study concluded that larger sample sizes are needed for more reliable results.
