TLDR LALPS causes non-scarring hair loss along the Blaschko line, with unique trichoscopic findings.
Linear and annular lupus panniculitis of the scalp (LALPS) was identified as a unique form of lupus panniculitis causing non-scarring alopecia along the Blaschko line in a healthy 23-year-old male. The case highlighted the scarcity of data on trichoscopic findings and their correlation with underlying pathology. The report provided detailed trichoscopic observations and their histopathological correlations, contributing valuable insights to the limited existing literature on LALPS.
