    TLDR Hair aging is a big issue, and nutrients are key to keeping hair healthy.
    The article addresses the urgent issue of hair aging, particularly the graying of hair and the lack of effective treatments for it. It highlights the importance of tackling age-related health problems that impact hair, such as nutrient absorption disorders, endocrine diseases, and psychological issues. Current treatments for hair loss include minoxidil and 5-alpha reductase inhibitors. The article also points out the critical role of nutrients in maintaining hair health, suggesting that Russian products like Osteomed and Osteo-Vit D3 could be promising sources of these nutrients.
