This article reviews the clinical presentations, differential diagnoses, diagnosis, and therapeutic approaches for various feline immune-mediated skin disorders, including erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis spectrum, plasma cell pododermatitis, proliferative and necrotizing otitis externa, pseudopelade, alopecia areata, and auricular chondritis. These conditions, although rare, can lead to severe systemic clinical signs and significantly impact the quality of life, sometimes resulting in euthanasia. The article emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis and appropriate treatment by veterinarians to manage these challenging conditions effectively. The information is based on a review of existing veterinary literature.
