TLDR The combination therapy improved PCOS symptoms in both obese and non-obese women, with weight loss in the obese group.
The observational study assessed the effects of a combination therapy on 51 women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), distinguishing between obese (35 participants) and non-obese (16 participants) groups. The therapy included inositols, antioxidants, and vitamins, and after 12 weeks of treatment with Trazer F Forte™, both groups exhibited significant improvements in menstrual cyclicity, acne, and hirsutism. Additionally, the obese group showed a significant reduction in body weight and BMI, while these measures did not change in the non-obese group. The study concluded that this combination therapy is a promising approach for managing PCOS symptoms in both obese and non-obese women, although it recommended further research to confirm these results.

A 30-year-old female with PCOS and male pattern baldness is frustrated with her endocrinologist's recommendation of only Spironolactone and minoxidil, feeling that dutasteride, finasteride, and progesterone would be more effective. Other users suggest various online sources for treatments, warn against self-medicating due to potential risks, and recommend seeking a specialized endocrinologist or considering additional treatments like Inositol, Berberine, and dermaneedling.
