The study assessed the efficacy of Hair’Inside™, a supplement containing green tea, bamboo, and selenium, for managing acute telogen effluvium (aTE) in women. Conducted as a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial with 66 female participants over 84 days, the study found significant improvements in hair growth and health in the treatment group compared to the placebo group. The active group experienced a 51.3% reduction in hair shedding and improvements in hair brightness and volume. The supplement was well-tolerated with no adverse events, indicating its potential as a safe and effective treatment for hair loss in women.
