TLDR Bimatoprost 0.03% is as effective as minoxidil 2% for eyebrow growth.
This randomized controlled trial compared the efficacy and safety of 0.01% and 0.03% bimatoprost gels versus 2% minoxidil gel for treating eyebrow hypotrichosis in 60 subjects aged 18 and older. All three treatments significantly improved the Global Eyebrow Assessment (GEBA) scores (P ≤ 0.001), but no statistically significant differences were found between the groups (P1 = 0.091; P2 = 0.102; P3 = 0.663). The study concluded that bimatoprost, particularly at the 0.03% concentration, is as effective as minoxidil for eyebrow enhancement.

community Why not Travopost? More effective than min, and stackable.

      in Research/Science  16 upvotes 3 months ago
Travoprost may be more effective than minoxidil for hair growth and can be used alongside it, but its effectiveness is debated due to inconsistent dosing results. Travoprost is expensive and not widely used, with alternatives like latanoprost and bimatoprost being more accessible.
