TLDR Topical bimatoprost 0.01% improves eyebrow density and diameter, especially at the tail.
This retrospective study analyzed the effects of a 24-week topical bimatoprost 0.01% treatment on eyebrow growth patterns in 48 patients with eyebrow hypotrichosis. The study found that the tail of the eyebrow had the lowest baseline density and diameter, with significant improvements in density and diameter observed at 4 and 16 weeks, respectively. The head and body of the eyebrow exhibited similar growth patterns. The findings confirmed that hair density, diameter, and growth cycles vary by anatomical location within the eyebrow, which could help in developing standardized treatment protocols for eyebrow hypotrichosis.

community Why not Travopost? More effective than min, and stackable.

      in Research/Science  18 upvotes 3 months ago
Travoprost may be more effective than minoxidil for hair growth and can be used alongside it, but its effectiveness is debated due to inconsistent dosing results. Travoprost is expensive and not widely used, with alternatives like latanoprost and bimatoprost being more accessible.
