    A 60-year-old woman with eyebrow hypotrichosis experienced excellent and sustained eyebrow growth through daily application of bimatoprost 0.03% solution, a prostamide F2α analog initially indicated for glaucoma and ocular hypertension and approved for eyelash hypotrichosis. The case report highlighted the therapeutic mechanisms of bimatoprost in promoting hair growth and reviewed other potential treatments for eyebrow hypotrichosis, summarizing findings from various investigators on the efficacy of bimatoprost for this condition.
