TLDR The hair treatment made hair grow faster and thicker and strengthened the hair roots.
The document reports on a series of studies that investigated the effects of a new leave-on hair treatment (LOT) containing Dynagen TM and zinc salts on hair growth. The studies involved healthy women aged 18–65 and used various methods to assess the LOT's impact on hair growth rate, fiber diameter, follicle-cell proliferation, and plucking force. Results showed that the LOT significantly increased hair growth rate, fiber diameter, bundle cross-sectional area, and the plucking force required to remove hair, indicating stronger follicular root structure. Additionally, Dynagen was found to increase claudin-1 expression in cultured follicles, and zinc salts reduced protease activity. Overall, the Dynagen-based LOT was concluded to enhance hair-fiber diameter and growth rate, as well as strengthen the hair follicle.
