TLDR Redensyl, saw palmetto, and biotin with platelet-rich plasma is a better treatment for hair loss than Procapil with platelet-rich plasma.
The study compared the efficacy of two treatments for Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA) in 54 male patients. The patients were divided into two groups: Group A was treated with Procapil with platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and Group B was treated with redensyl, saw palmetto, and biotin with PRP. The treatments were administered at three-week intervals for a total of four sessions. The results showed a significant difference in AGA grading score between the two groups (P < 0.05). The study concluded that PRP with adjuvants redensyl, saw palmetto, and biotin can be a better alternative to the current therapies of PRP.
