TLDR Adding cells to fat grafts improves hair regrowth in early baldness, but effects lessen over time.
The study investigated the use of cell-enriched autologous fat grafts to improve hair regrowth in early androgenetic alopecia. The results showed that the treatment was safe and tolerable, with the best outcomes seen in men with early hair loss. However, the effect appeared to diminish over time, suggesting that repeat therapies and/or combination with other adjunct therapies may be necessary. The study acknowledges the limitations of a small sample size and the need for further investigation into alternative approaches.
