TLDR Amra Beej Majja Churna may help improve Vitamin B12 levels and symptoms in vegans.
The case study investigates the therapeutic role of Amra Beej Majja Churna as a supplement for Vitamin B12 deficiency in a vegan patient. The patient exhibited symptoms such as hair loss, fatigue, tingling in the lower limbs, and calf muscle pain. Over a 2-month period, the administration of Amra Beej Majja Churna resulted in an increase in serum Vitamin B12 levels from 189 pg/ml to 217 pg/ml and significant symptomatic relief, particularly in tingling sensation and hair loss. This suggests that Amra Beej Majja Churna could be a cost-effective supplement for addressing Vitamin B12 deficiency in individuals with vegan dietary habits.
