TLDR Flutamide reduces hair growth better but has more side effects.
This study compared the effectiveness of flutamide and finasteride in treating hirsutism in women. Both drugs were effective, but flutamide was more effective than finasteride in reducing hair growth. However, flutamide had more side effects. The study suggests that the choice of drug should be based on individual patient factors.
