Combining 675 Nm Laser with Isotretinoin for Enhanced Acne Vulgaris Treatment Outcomes

The study evaluated the effectiveness of combining a 675 nm laser with isotretinoin for treating acne vulgaris in 13 young patients, divided into two groups: one receiving only laser treatment (7 patients) and the other receiving both laser and isotretinoin (6 patients). Both groups showed significant improvements in acne severity, but the combination therapy group experienced more rapid and pronounced improvements. The treatment was well-tolerated, with no adverse events reported.
