If i add a little daily dose of spironolactone (25 mg a day) would the improvement to my hair loss be significant? and also how likely is it to give me unwanted effects? My current regimen is 6 days / week oral Finasteride, 1 day / week oral Dutasteride and twice a day minoxidil foam 8/29/2026
