    Metastatic melanoma, also known as Stage IV melanoma, is an advanced form of skin cancer where the melanoma cells have spread from the original tumor site to other parts of the body, such as the lungs, liver, brain, or bones. This stage of melanoma is particularly challenging to treat and often requires a combination of therapies, including surgery, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and radiation.
