Estrogen Therapy, also known as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) or Estrogen Replacement Therapy (ERT), involves the administration of estrogen hormones to alleviate symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and osteoporosis. It can also be used in cases of estrogen deficiency due to other medical conditions. This therapy helps to restore hormone levels, thereby improving quality of life and reducing the risk of certain long-term health issues.
