Dermal mucin refers to a gel-like substance composed of glycosaminoglycans, primarily hyaluronic acid, found within the dermis layer of the skin. Use tretinoin three times a week, dermaroll once a week, and apply minoxidil daily, but avoid using all three on the same day. Tretinoin is preferred over hydrocortisone and should not be used immediately after dermarolling.
