    A randomized controlled trial conducted on women with PCOS demonstrates that yoga significantly improves hormonal balance, mitochondrial health, oxidative stress, and inflammation. Additionally, yoga alleviates symptoms of depression, suggesting its effectiveness as an adjunct therapy for managing PCOS. Regular practice of yoga may prevent, delay, and aid in managing symptoms associated with PCOS.
