TLDR Combining Ayurveda and Yoga effectively manages PCOS and improves reproductive health.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) affects 5-10% of women seeking infertility treatment and is exacerbated by stress and unhealthy lifestyles. Conventional treatments have side effects, prompting interest in holistic alternatives like Ayurveda and Yoga. Yoga, through practices such as Asanas, pranayama, and meditation, helps manage stress and balance hormones. Ayurvedic formulations like Rajahpravartini Vati and Kanchanar Guggulu are used to regulate hormones and support reproductive health. A daily 30-minute Yoga practice aids in weight management and stress reduction, stabilizing hormonal function. The paper underscores the effectiveness of combining Ayurveda and Yoga in managing PCOS and enhancing reproductive health.

Combining PPAR-GAMMA agonists with retinoids could improve treatments for conditions like Lichen Planopilaris.
