    TLDR Urinary stone cases in Wuwei City increased significantly from 1995 to 2016.
    This study analyzed the incidence of urinary stones in Wuwei City, China, from 1995 to 2016, using data from 5,497 patients across 12 hospitals. The findings revealed a significant increase in urinary stone cases, with an annual percentage change of 15.1% in men and 19.4% in women. The study identified four clusters of outbreaks, highlighting the need for local authorities to implement prevention and management strategies for urinary stones. The research provides valuable insights into the spatial-temporal distribution of urinary stones, which can aid in timely intervention and disease management.
