Topical Corticosteroids Induced Hyperpigmentation: A Case Report

In the second case, a 33-year-old female had redness, increased facial hair growth, and burning sensation after using Betnovate cream for 2 years. She was also advised to discontinue the cream and was treated with retinoic acid cream, sunscreen, anti-allergic tablets, and emollients, leading to significant improvement within 15 days.
