Studysummary This proof-of-concept study suggests that the new topical treatment regimen TH07 may offer effective hair growth results in men with androgenic alopecia, using a combination of finasteride, latanoprost, and minoxidil, supported by animal models and clinical studies. Our plain-language summary of this paper — not a Tressless recommendation.
Triple Hair Inc. has developed a new topical treatment for androgenic alopecia (AGA) called TH07, which combines finasteride, latanoprost, and minoxidil. This proof-of-concept study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of TH07 compared to each drug used as monotherapy in promoting hair growth in men with AGA. The compounds in TH07 have shown effectiveness and safety in both animal models and clinical studies. This new regimen offers a potential alternative to current treatments, which include topical minoxidil and oral finasteride, the latter of which can cause systemic adverse events.
