TLDR New, eco-friendly methods accurately measure TDF and FNS in a new urologic medication.
The study introduces simple, accurate, and cost-effective spectrophotometric methods for simultaneously estimating TDF and FNS in EntadfiTM, a new medication for erectile dysfunction and BPH. These methods are environmentally friendly and validated according to ICH guidelines. The greenness and whiteness of the methods were assessed using various tools, ensuring they are sustainable and effective. Statistical comparisons, including t-tests, ANOVA, and Tukey's test, confirmed the methods' reliability and precision, showing no significant differences from published methods. The study supports the use of these green analytical techniques in quality control laboratories.
