    A 6-year-old Somalian girl with hyper secretive adrenal cortical carcinoma exhibited symptoms such as voice deepening, excessive weight, hair growth, and clitoromegaly. Imaging revealed an adrenal mass, and she underwent a successful unilateral right adrenalectomy. Post-surgery, she was treated with oral and high-dose corticosteroid medications, which were gradually reduced. Six months after the operation, all symptoms had resolved, demonstrating an exceptional clinical response to the surgical intervention.
