Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Presenting With Homonymous Hemianopia

This case report described a patient with unilateral branch retinal artery occlusion due to previously undiagnosed systemic lupus erythematosus, where systemic immunotherapy led to significant visual improvement and resolution of macular edema.
