    İçim Kömürcügil, Nermin Karaosmanoğlu
TLDR SII is a useful and affordable tool to assess and monitor alopecia areata.
The study investigates the role of the Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index (SII) as a marker for evaluating the severity of alopecia areata and predicting treatment response. The findings suggest that SII is a cost-effective and reliable marker that can be used in clinical settings to assess disease severity and monitor how patients respond to treatment. This could potentially improve the management of alopecia areata by providing a simple and accessible tool for healthcare providers.
