This study successfully determined the amounts of α-tocopherol and α-tocopheryl acetate in pharmaceutical and supplementary soft capsules using a high-performance liquid chromatography method. The method demonstrated high accuracy and repeatability, with recovery values above 95% and repeatability (%RSD) below 3%. The linear regression coefficient (R²) was 0.999, indicating excellent linearity. The limits of detection and quantification for α-tocopherol were 0.131 µg/mL and 0.396 µg/mL, respectively, and for α-tocopheryl acetate, they were 0.260 µg/mL and 0.787 µg/mL. This validated method is a reliable alternative for analyzing these compounds in pharmaceutical products.
