TLDR Hair Tonic A, with white tea extract, is better for improving hair health.
This study evaluated two polyherbal hair tonics, Hair Tonic A (10% white tea extract) and Hair Tonic B (10% green tea extract), for their efficacy in enhancing hair health across various hair types. Hair Tonic A demonstrated superior stability and performance, maintaining consistent physicochemical properties and significantly improving hair thickness, manageability, anti-frizz, and curl retention, particularly in blonde and black hair. In contrast, Hair Tonic B was less stable under high temperatures and light. The study highlights the potential of Hair Tonic A as a promising daily-use solution for enhancing hair health, with its efficacy attributed to the higher concentration of catechins and polyphenols in white tea extract.
