TLDR Personalized multimodal treatment significantly improved hair growth and scalp coverage in androgenetic alopecia without side effects.
This case report highlights the successful use of a personalized multimodal treatment for androgenetic alopecia (AGA), involving oral therapy, topical care, microinfusion of active ingredients, and photobiomodulation. The patient experienced significant improvements in hair density and scalp coverage, with an increase in the anagen phase and a reduction in the telogen phase of the hair cycle. The treatment, which included Actrisave, Saw Palmetto, Trichoxidil, and growth factors like KGF and copper peptide, resulted in no adverse effects and high patient satisfaction. The study emphasizes the importance of a personalized approach in treating AGA, though further research is needed to validate these findings on a larger scale and over the long term.
