A 23-year-old woman with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis experienced significant symptom improvement and a reduction in thyroid antibodies after a 15-month integrative treatment plan. This novel approach, involving a gluten and grain-free diet, micronutrient support for methylation and antioxidant capacity, and stress management, was implemented collaboratively by a naturopath and general practitioner. The patient initially presented with extreme fatigue, anxiety, and hair loss, and showed marked clinical improvement and a return to functional daily life following the treatment.
