Observation on Clinical Effect of Liangxue Zhituo Prescription on Androgenic Alopecia

The study evaluated the clinical efficacy of the Liangxue Zhituo prescription in treating androgenic alopecia by involving 70 patients at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xingtai Medical College. Patients were divided into two groups: a control group treated with 5% minoxidil tincture and a study group that received the Liangxue Zhituo prescription in addition to the control treatment. Results showed that the study group had a significantly higher total effective rate and lower TCM syndrome scores compared to the control group, indicating improved clinical efficacy. The treatment was well-tolerated with no significant serious adverse reactions, suggesting that the Liangxue Zhituo prescription is a promising option for clinical application in androgenic alopecia treatment.
