Laser therapy is a reliable and effective treatment for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) across all stages of the disease, offering an alternative to pharmacological treatments. This systematic review of 26 studies highlights the effectiveness of different laser types: CO<sub>2</sub> lasers are used in advanced stages for lesion removal with minimal relapse risk; Nd:YAG lasers reduce inflammation and symptoms at various stages; IPL and LAight<sup>®</sup> therapies improve quality of life in less advanced cases; diode lasers target hair follicles and fistulas; and Alexandrite lasers are effective for lighter skin types. Combination strategies enhance outcomes and allow personalized treatment, though larger studies are needed to confirm long-term results and guide clinical practice.
