    The study "ISX9 loaded thermoresponsive nanoparticles for hair follicle regrowth" investigated a new treatment for Androgenetic alopecia using biocompatible nanoparticles loaded with Isoxazole-9 (ISX9), a compound known to stimulate hair follicle regeneration. The experiment involved 25 mice divided into five groups, each treated with different solutions. The results showed that the ISX9 loaded nanoparticles promoted complete hair regrowth by the 24th day without significant side effects. The treatment also stimulated the telogen-to-anagen shift, regulated dermis and hair follicle morphogenesis, and increased levels of various Wnt/β-catenin pathway and hair-related factors. The study concluded that the ISX9 loaded nanoparticles could be a promising approach for hair follicle regrowth due to their enhanced efficacy, precision, and convenience.
