TLDR Four new cases confirmed the unique features of follicular porokeratosis.
Follicular porokeratosis (FP) was a newly proposed subtype of porokeratosis, a keratinization disorder characterized by annular plaques with a keratotic ridge. FP was distinguished by cornoid lamellae located exclusively in the follicular ostia. The document presented four new cases of FP, all showing typical histological features, including stacked parakeratosis, absence of the granular layer, and dysmaturation in the upper spinous layer.
