TLDR Using platelet-rich fibrin matrix with hair transplant techniques helps in hair regrowth in male baldness patients.
This study from 2016 investigated the effectiveness of using platelet-rich fibrin matrix (PRFM) in combination with hair follicular unit transplantation (FUT) for hair regeneration in male androgenetic alopecia patients. Ten male subjects with Norwood Alopecia were included in the study. The results showed a progressive increase in the number of hair follicles after PRFM treatment, with a noticeable effect after six months. The study concluded that PRFM plays a significant role in hair regeneration when used with FUT techniques. However, further research is needed to understand how PRFM improves hair retention and regeneration, as well as the long-term effects of this therapy.

The user's hair regrowth plan includes topical treatments (RU58841, azelaic acid, ketoconazole), oral supplements (Gia Herbs, castor oil), microneedling, PTD-DBM peptide with valproic acid, red light therapy, inversion table with scalp massage, and platelet-rich fibrin injections. Commenters suggest that finasteride and minoxidil are essential treatments for male pattern hair loss, which are missing from the plan.
